Teleportation Changes.

Hello folks!

After a brief discussion today on team speak with the other server staff, we have decided to implement a 15 second warm up timer for all teleportation commands. During this 15 warm up you cannot move, or take damage otherwise the timers resets and the teleportation is canceled. This effectively fully prevents people from abusing these commands in PVP. There is also a brief 5 minute cooldown for these commands to further prevent abuse by these two commands.

To now set your home it is now /sethome NO LONGER /home set
