Minecraft 1.9 Pre-Release coming soon!

Notch has recently tweeted that he plans to release a pre-release of the 1.9 patch sometime in the week to ensure enough people can test it to catch as many remaining bugs as possible. There is no telling how long it's going to take server and mod communities to catch up to these changes. I can only speak for us here at Exiled, but we can't wait until all of these updates get done so we can get back to normal business.

Jeb has also tweeted a sneak peak of the new inventory system, you can see some bottles in the inventory hinting at some possible potions. He also hinted that none of these stats would be functional in the 1.9 release. With all the recent changes to game play many people are reporting it's like playing a completely different game.
